Allen Phillips - Long Term Property Manager Oak Island


Allen Phillips first moved to eastern NC in 1973 after moving around as part of a U.S. Navy family and then entering the USAF. Upon leaving the military Allen soon found his way to Wilmington and put down roots with the purchase of a home and settling into an I.T. career.

In 2005 Allen obtained his N.C. real estate license and began his new career and is licensed as a Broker and a Broker-in-Charge. Allen has more than three years of property management experience in the Brunswick County community. He is very thorough in research to be sure he has a solid knowledge of the Brunswick County real estate market.

Allen is active in the Brunswick County Association of Realtors having served on various committees including currently being a member of the budget-and-finance committee and the MLS committee. Allen is also a member of the Southport Lions Club which focuses on vision screenings and assistance with vision needs for children and the disadvantaged.

Jud Davis - Interim Long Term Property Manager Carolina Beach


Jud grew up in Wilmington and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He obtained his real estate license in 2002 and was soon employed by Intracoastal Realty Corp. with a focus on new homes sales. Beginning in May 0f 2012 Jud transitioned into the Property Management aspect of real estate, working out of the Wilmington office. In July of 2013 he became assistant manager of the Carolina Beach Long-term property management office. He thoroughly enjoys working with property owners to successfully manage their largest assets. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, riding his bike and relaxing on the beach with his wife Katie.

Tina Lewis - Property Agent 

Born and raised in Brunswick County Tina comes to Intracoastal Realty with over 15 years experience in Property Management. She has handled properties with over 300 units to small local apartment complexes. Her Property Management experience began with long term rentals in beautiful Sunset Beach, North Carolina in 1996. From there she moved to busy North Myrtle Beach working with large Homeowner Associations. Afterwards, Tina managed a small apartment complex in Brunswick County. Now she commutes to New Hanover County to expand her portfolio working with Intracoastal Realty Long Term Rentals and plans to fulfill her goal of becoming a licensed agent for her home state. In her off time Tina enjoys boating, camping, traveling and cooking..

Shelly Wilkie - Tenant Agent

Being born and raised in Wilmington, Shelly has seen a lot of changes and growth over the years. She left Wilmington in 1997 to gain experience and knowledge in property management and in the Real Estate Industry. After working in the Triangle for more than 11 years she decided to take her knowledge to Richmond, Virginia where she was the Regional Lease-up Manager for a construction company that took distressed properties and turned them into all inclusive upscale loft apartments. Completing her challenge she then decided to work with Richmond Redevelopment to help find housing for the under privileged and lower income families in the North and South side of Richmond. After Discovering that you can take the girl out of North Carolina, but you can't take the North Carolina out of girl she realized she was very homesick and decided to head back home to Wilmington. Growing up and seeing the Intracoastal Realty signs in Wilmington gave Shelly the drive and determination that she needed to pursue her career in the industry with the BEST Company in town. Intracoastal Realty. Shelly joined the Intracoastal Realty family in May of 2013.

Alisha Kilby - Property Agent

Alisha Kilby comes to Intracoastal Realty Long Term Rental Division with almost seven years experience in the rental industry. Previously, Alisha worked as an Assistant Property Manager for a multi-family housing community in the Wilmington area. She has traveled extensively across the United States and hails from the great state of Alabama. Raised in Oklahoma, she studied Public Relations at Northeastern State University. Alisha lives locally with her family and, in her spare time, enjoys cooking, boating and experiencing everything that Wilmington has to offer. After coming to us in March of 2014, she hopes to one day be a licensed sales agent for Intracoastal Realty.
