Meet Our Staff

I moved to the Wilmington area in November 1990 to attend college, met my husband a few months later and we decided to make this beautiful city our home. I have 3 beautiful boys, and really love Wilmington as a place to raise them in. I have been in business for myself for most of my adult life - cleaning business while in college, horse boarding and training facility, and small management company centered around personal and family properties. I began investing in Real Estate in 2002, got my NC Real Estate license in 2003, and came on board with Intracoastal Realty as a sales agent in early 2004. I have managed my own properties as well as those for my family for 12 years and decided to take a position in the rentals division of Intracoastal Realty in April of 2009. I was promoted to Property Manager in August of 2010. Our team has worked very hard in implementing new programs, and we are constantly striving for excellence in what we do.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, part of a large family with 10 children. My husband, daughter and I purchased a home in the Wilmington area in 2007 and used it as our vacation home. 2 years later in 2009 when our daughter started high school we decided to make it our permanent home. Our daughter just loves the area and all her new friends. We moved in and she hasn't looked back. I had my real estate license in NJ for over 15 years and decided to get my license here in NC as well. In New Jersey I worked as a Sales Manager for a consumer products company for the last 20 years. I am happy to be part of the Intracoastal Long Term Rentals team and hope to provide superior service to property owners and their tenants.

In 1988, Susanna began her career in property management on Figure Eight Island, managing over 70 vacation properties and assisting her Broker In Charge with both listing and selling properties on the island. She came to work for Intracoastal Realty in 2009 as a sales agent and is now working full time as a leasing agent with our long term properties office located on Oleander Drive. Susanna is a proud mother of three of college students, her son, Zack is a junior at UNC, and her identical twins are finishing their freshman year at ASU and ECU. With her 24 years of experience in the real estate market, she is committed to making each transaction a successful one and likes to have fun along the way.

I was born and raised in Brunswick County. I have been married for 4 years and currently have no children. I've been in property management for 5 years and really enjoy what I do. Presently, I am the Administrative Asst. for the Long Term Rentals Dept. under the management of Tracy Maurer. To further my knowledge of Real Estate, I have taken the Real Estate class in hopes to receive my license to advance within the company. Intracoastal is a great place to work and I'm looking forward to the future with the company.
