Maintenance

Our Maintenance Team consists of a full time Maintenance Manager, Maintenance technicians and numerous contracted vendors, who oversee the maintenance of your property. Specifically, the maintenance manager ensures that the maintenance is performed on your property in a timely manner and in accordance with your wishes.

In addition to our full-time Technicians, we contract with local vendors for licensed and insured services such as plumbing, electrical and general contracting. The maintenance department also conducts periodic inspections of your property to keep it in peak rental condition, coordinating special instructions with the Housekeeping and Sales departments.
